Assignment #4: Critical thinking #2

2. There is no rule that states women cannot play baseball. There has not been a woman who has the strength and skill of a man to compete in the major leagues[RS2] . If teams thought women could benefit the team they would probably [RS3] let them play.
3. Humans become very passionate because sports are entertaining. People love to watch a select group of human beings do remarkable [RSM4] things with their talents that the average human being cannot. People who fall in love [RSM5] with certain players are called fans[RSM6] . The reason fans usually fall in love [RSM7] with the players is because the players do things the fans wish they could.
4. A team is “a number of persons forming one of the sides in a game or contest.”[RSM8]
5. If the people in the seats, the fans, [RSM9] were to play against the players on the field, the players would dominate [RSM10] the fans. The players play the game for a living[RSM11] . They play, train, and practice every day, while the fans either just watch the sport or play on a much lower level of competition. [RSM12] Players of the game are much more skilled and talented[RSM13] ; they stand out compared to an average human being.
6. When it comes to playing a game, winning and losing is everything[RSM14] . Everybody wants to win and nobody wants to lose. [RSM15] The feeling you get from winning cannot be explained, [RSM16] while the feeling you get from losing is a feeling you never want to experience again[RSM17] . Winning shows that your talents are better than others and every human being wants to be the best at something. [RSM18]
